Returns

Eligibility:

  • Items must be returned within 30 days of the delivery date.
  • Items must be unworn, unwashed, and in their original condition with all tags attached.
  • Sale items are final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged.

How to Return:

  2. Receive Return Authorization: Our team will provide you with a return authorization and instructions on how to send your item back to us.
  3. Ship Your Return: Package the item securely and ship it to the address provided in the return instructions. We recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance, as we cannot guarantee receipt of your returned item.

Refunds

Once we receive your returned item, we will inspect it and notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

  • Approved Refunds: If your return is approved, we will process a refund to your original method of payment. Please allow 5-10 business days for the refund to appear on your statement.
  • Rejected Refunds: If your return is not approved, we will contact you with an explanation and the item will be sent back to you.

Exchanges

If you need to exchange an item for a different size or color:

  2. Receive Exchange Authorization: Our team will provide you with exchange instructions.
  3. Ship Your Exchange: Send the item back to us following the provided instructions. Once we receive and inspect the item, we will send out the replacement item.

Non-Returnable Items

Damaged or Incorrect Items

If you receive a damaged or incorrect item, please contact us within 7 days of receiving your order with your order number and photos of the item. We will arrange for a replacement or refund as quickly as possible.

  • Customers are responsible for return shipping costs, except in cases where the item received was damaged or incorrect.
  • Shipping costs are non-refundable.
